What’s New? A Lot, Actually…

Welcome back, students!

While you were away during conferences, we’ve been busy in the US Library.  You may have already noticed a few major changes.  We have acquired the handsome grandfather clock from Toad Hall.  It’s an English antique, and is quite handsome.  If you’ve never experienced a real tick-tock sound, this is it.  We wind it each morning.  Would you like to learn to wind it?  Come see me (Sue) to learn how.

Our study rooms have been converted!  The one closest to the front desk is called The Situation Room.  You can sign up to use it for group work by visiting the front desk.  We’ll have a clipboard ready for you.  The other study room is now Bloomsbury, and houses all the course reserve shelves, as well as the copier, paper cutter, and many other useful things.  This is the place to come to work on research with the reserve books.  See you soon!
